She has 20 plus years of experience in the area of consulting, business development, and most recently enterprise sales across many industries (oil and gas, aerospace, construction, hospitality, agriculture, transportation, technology, real estate, government, etc.) from programmer, business analyst at her foundation to a consultant, senior consultant, senior analyst, trainer, account manager, CEO and most recently (last 10 years) Director of Sales, VP of Sales, and Enterprise Sales Manager, selling professional services, managed services, and software applications (multiple ERP's, Reporting, Planning/Budgeting and Forecasting Applications as well as Analytical/Business Intelligence Applications).
She enjoys meeting with the executives of the company she is working for and understanding their vision and strategic direction, and performing accordingly to increase revenue by meeting with clients or potential clients and understand what solutions/projects/services are needed, documenting it and ensure it is executed according to the plan.
She also understands the importance of serving her accounts, building a relationship with the client's executives, visionary's, decision makers, and SME's and understands this is essential for building and maintaining her knowledge of these accounts.. She also wants them to understand who they are working with, why they should work with this company, and what can be provided to them to solve their issues and/or increase their revenue.
She wants to provide projects that reduce costs, increase efficiency, improve business performance, improve revenue streams, etc. for her accounts, which makes her a trusted advisor.
She communicates well, listens, and asks the right questions in order to understand the client's needs and responds appropriately and in an understandable way, backed up by a knowledgeable team.
She ensures she understands the benefits of the firm as a whole, so she provides an inspiring introduction, walks the client through the offerings, and ensures she addresses the client's issues as well and how they would be addressed with the solutions she is offering.
She loves story telling as well, so this makes for a great overall presentation.
She is a self-starter and has the ability to become knowledgeable with new software tools/applications and services in order to take a prospect from the initial conversation, presentation, contract negotiations, closing a client, and then strategic account management.
She appreciates learning, networking, and will always remain teachable.
