About Me

On PASSION: "If I can make a difference in the lives of others ... renew their hope ... inspire their spirit and help them reach their full potential professionally, physically, spiritually or life in general, then I will be a true servant leader in my mind."

I have amassed over 20 years of experience in the area of ERP consulting across many industries. I enjoy working with other executives, as we join our vision and strategic direction in leadership, increasing revenue by meeting with clients or potential clients to understand what solutions/projects are needed or are being implemented.

I am a self starter with the ability to become fully knowledgeable about new software tools/applications in order to take a prospect from the initial conversation to demonstration, to responding with a proposal, to contract negotiations, and finally, to closing, implementation, post-implementation, and account and/or technical management. I truly appreciate learning and networking, and always remain teachable.

I communicate well with essential people in order to understand their needs as well as communicate the solution/project in an understandable way, both to the client and back to corporate. In this way, I am a great liaison! I ensure that you understand the benefits gained and the measurable results of the project as well, reducing stress throughout the implementation.

I enjoy meeting with executives, visionaries and decision makers: I know how essential it is for building and maintaining customer relationships. I also understand the importance of serving the customer, building a relationship and ensuring that all parties understand every aspect of the ERP.

Among the awards I have received are:
