I am a J.A.C.K. of all trades, and master of none; what you need I can get done. That is to say, I am a Juggernaut who Achieves Change Kinetically with over 13 years' experience in professional leadership and management, over 10 years' executive level support, over 7 years' vendor relations and over 7 years' event coordination.

In terms of professional leadership, I have a defined track record of accurately completing research, reporting, information management, marketing and business-development efforts within budget requirements. I have designed, implemented and executed training processes while successfully reducing staff turnover and expense reductions for a staff of over 300, currently still in use

Regarding executive support, I am highly-focused and results-oriented in supporting complex, deadline-driven operations; able to identify goals and priorities and resolve issues in initial stages. I have adeptly developed and maintained detailed administrative and procedural processes that reduced redundancy, improved accuracy and efficiency and achieved organizational objectives

In the area of vendor relations, I have been involved in the negotiation of all building/equipment leases and all maintenance related items for over 100 vendors. I have also engineered the reduction of over $40,000 in resource allocation through stellar vendor relations and contract amendments over a three year period.

As an event coordinator, I have arranged and negotiated for a staff of more than 100, in the Suncoast region. I have coordinated executive level events for four state agencies.
