About Me

In 2013, on the benefits side, I drove the implementation of a Consumer Driven Health Plan (CDHP) as a health benefit offering for our employees. This offering was designed to provide a more affordable and flexible health benefit offering to our employees, which also enabled them to take control of who they see and how much they spend. I also partnered with Virgin Pulse to implement their health rewards program to encourage employees to get active, shed pounds, lower their blood pressure and improve their overall fitness.

In 2013, on the compensation side, I was part of the leadership team that stood up a new, enterprise compensation function. The work is still ongoing, however, includes the identification of a number of key processes to be harmonized, the evaluation of gaps and requirements for our current tools and systems, the evaluation of proposed tools and systems, the assimilation of compensation analysts from across the enterprise into a single, enterprise function and the training for all of our HR support.
