About Me

Supervise a team of administrative support colleagues for a large Private Client Services unit. Manages workflow and delegates work to ensure a high level of client service and efficiency. Frequently communicates with staff and department managers to resolve service related issues.

Coordinates administrative activities such as recurring and ad-hoc management reports, supply ordering, invoice management and project management, and facilities.

Acts as main contact for maintenance of computer and office equipment. Directly participates in assigned projects, discussions and decisions that have company-wide impact, ensuring that the essential elements that affect the NY Region are addressed appropriately.

Actively partners with all Divisions in the New York Region, Banking & Investment Services, and PCS Management Team to resolve issues. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers while providing exemplary client service.
