A Day In The Life Typically Includes:

As Office Manager you will coordinate with management to ensure that our daily office operations run smoothly. You will balance multiple priorities and multitask effectively and act as the point-person for all deliveries and external correspondence.  You will work closely with the management team to schedule meetings, plan events and staff travel, and welcome new employees.

  • Maintain office functions including answer phones, ordering office supplies, distributing mail, filing, processing invoices; scheduling service for building vendors and telecom services
  • Coordinate with managers and team members on special projects
  • Act as an IT liaison for phone systems, printers, and technology troubleshooting
  • Perform administrative responsibilities for managers and respective teams
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings and client outings
  • Team with administrative support staff in other locations to ensure back-up coverage 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of administrative experience
  • Proficient in Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Experience answering a multi-line phone system

What Will Put You Ahead?

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in organizing large scale work conferences (create agendas/setting up meeting facilities/ negotiate room contracts/coordinate flights and ground transportation)
  • Leadership experience (informal or formal)
