Description

ProfessionalThis position will be responsible for master facilitation for executive leadership development programs.

Facilitation and Communication:

-Strong oral and written communication skills appropriate for consultation and facilitation to all levels of management with an emphasis at the Executive level.

-The ability to present ideas clearly and gain agreement and group consensus.

-Holds people's attention when speaking; speaks clearly and concisely; communicates without jargon; delivers high-impact presentations, uses audiovisual aids appropriately; connects with audience when speaking, responds well to challenging questions.

-Observes dynamics when working with groups and raises relevant issues for discussions; ensures participation and involvement of all team members; adapts own behavior to the needs of the group; ensures issues are pursued until resolved.

Leadership Content Development:

-Provide input into design and continuous improvement of executive development programs based on experience, research and overall feedback from delivery of programs.

-Ensure programs are continually aligned to overal business strategy and strategic goals.

Internal and External Partnerships:

-Ability to build strong relationships with internal senior adjunct faculty toco-faciliate training modules to include material prep, moderating panels, leading role plays,etc.

-Ability to partner with internal and external adjunct faculty and subject matter experts to develop internal training curriculums

-Develop relationships with external training partners and industry thought leaders to utilize as resources for Centene University

Program Management:

-Ability to measure effectiveness of learning programs demonstrating value and ROI

-Analyze metrics and trends to evaluate program effectiveness, identify gaps, and define recommendations for new programs or modifications to existing programs

The position is located in Saint Louis, MO in a corporate environment.The position will require travel to domestic and international sites. Willingness to put in extra hours as travel, projects and priorities dictate, ability to accommodate meeting times outside typical business hours to accommodate execution of programs.
