Our Administrator I is not your typical administrator position. How does developing a new and exciting program while working communally with other departments within the organization sound to you? We have been looking for you!

About Our Job

You will perform a variety of specific administrative activities/projects, establish bank account for citizen payments, draft applications for financial assistance and establish lock box for resident's check payments.

Be an integral part of the development of long and short-term planning initiatives for the functional area, and serve as a liaison with other departmental officials, community groups, and/or other units.

You will be the technical expert in functional areas, developing processes for determining data/documents needed to establish eligibility.

Set up tracking policies and procedures for resident payments, determining financial assistance by sector, type and time period.

Participate in the formation of operating policies and procedures, provide advice and interpretative information pertaining to policies and procedures, evaluate proposed changes to policies and procedures including the merit and overall impact of changes to the functional area, and make recommendations.

Conduct studies and/or research projects within the scope of the functional area, prepare comprehensive reports that reflect findings and conclusions, recommend feasible solutions in areas that require attention or change and implement approved recommendations.

Implement procedures for evaluating the effectiveness of the functional area, ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, and assist in establishing processes and controls to ensure compliance.

Develop business rules and workflow for Accela, ECS, and Workday.

About You

Our ideal candidate will have:
Strong Financial/ Banking Background
Experience in creating and administering policies
Experience with administering credit

Education Requirement:
Baccalaureate Degree in a related field based on a specific position(s).

Experience Requirement:
Three years of technical or administrative experience performing research and evaluation OR three years of experience performing technical and administrative duties within the related functional area. (Some positions may require experience in a specific area.)

Education/Experience Equivalency:
A combination of appropriate education and experience may be substituted for the minimum education and experience requirements.
Licensure and/or Certification:

By position, completion of a Career Service Authority supervisory training course prior to completion of the probationary period.
