So, your own imagination is the limit. How do you see yourself in 1, 2, 5, 10 or 15 years? How do you look and feel? In what type of activities do you engage? Are you on the path to becoming the best version of yourself? What steps do you need to take to make improvements to work toward this goal? The creation of a wellness vision will help you identify long term and short term goals. Consider this as a SWOT analysis, an exercise in identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats pertaining to achieving your wellness goals. Consider the following questions in creating a wellness vision for yourself. What values do you want to acquire? What is your desired outcome? What behaviors do you want to display consistently? What strengths will help you achieve your goal? What weakness do you need to overcome? What opportunities are at your disposal? What motivates you to achieve this goal? Who are your support team and how will they support you? Creating a wellness vision for 2018 and beyond is a great way to start the year.
