Judith ("Judi") Lawrence Hi Ladies in Covington: So one might wonder, why is a notary company located in Pennsylvania writing to people based in Covington? The answer is simple … we want to help any of your Pennsylvania clients. We offer 24/7/365 Notary Services including weekends and holidays. One of the most important ways we can assist you is if you have a client who is vacationing or traveling in Pennsylvania and needs to close on an agreement or a property back in Covington. You would just call Center City Notary at 215-870-3103 and ask us about our “Power Closing”. Our expert notaries will make sure the documents are signed and properly notarized. We will then scan the documents and email them to whomever you designate back in Covington. That will include a Power of Attorney so that a representative can handle the closing. Important to note that the Power of Attorney is specific to the precise closing and cannot be used for anything else. The documents can then be overnighted. This can be done at our location or at a location of your choice. We also handle Apostilles nationwide which you can read about on our website. In addition, please check out our website for other services including, but not limited to, I-9 Verifications, Contracts and Deeds. . Please feel free to message me for further information or just to say hi. Judith

Sharon Landers My name is Sharon Landers and I am a registered nurse at the State Correctional Institute in Waymart, Pennsylvania. I am recently a new NAPW member. I am a Breast Cancer Survivor and on June 2016, I started an online retail store, for women cancer survivors. The name of the website is, "Sharon's Inspirations LLC." Specializing in retailing of post mastectomy clothing for breast cancer women, swimwear, recovery care, accessories, and inspirational pieces from Precious Moments and Jim Shore, (Angels, Figurines, Gifts, and Collectibles.) Items are still being added to the website, by the end of August 2016, all of the products and items will be posted. In 1998, I was diagnosed with a rare breast cancer, during this difficult time I went through body changes and life challenges. Determined to fight, I underwent surgery, received treatments, and prayed every day for a successful recovery. I found it vey hard to find clothing that was comfortable and confident apparel suitable for breast cancer survivors. There were inspirational pieces that I had received from family and friends, that would help put the biggest smile on my face. It was during this experience that I realized I wanted to do more with my life. In August 1999, I entered nursing school at Penn State University's Worthington Campus for Nursing. With help, support and encouragement from loving family and friends, I was able to meet the challenges ahead of me with confidence and fortitude. Inspiration, determination, support, strength, confidence, caring, understanding and beauty are all words that define being a nurse. I love being a nurse, reaching out to people and being able to put smiles on their faces and hope in their hearts. My passion is to help every woman and make it easier for women to feel beautiful, confidant, strong and happy. Sharon's Inspirations provides you the opportunity to show just how beautiful you are inside and out. The website has a place for women to reach out and write messages, if anyone needs the support from someone who understands. As a Registered Nurse and Breast Cancer Survivor, I truly understand the love and support that is needed. Please, take a minute and look at ''. With love and hope, Sharon Landers R.N./ Breast Cancer Survivor Sharon's Inspirations LLC/

Nina Angela Downie, MPT MEMORY LOSS / DEMENTIA have a profound effect on anyone who interacts with persons having this diagnosis. As a licensed Physical Therapist, I have been on the front lines of the communication gap that hinders the valuable and necessary connection with those we care about. In an effort to reduce the difficulty and frustration that family, friends, caregivers and skilled health care professionals encounter when repeatedly having to answer the same few questions, over and over again, I created GRANNY CARDS as an aid to communication. I have found a way to reduce the frequent, non-verbal transmission of frustration via facial expressions, tone of voice and body language by using a game-like aid to communicate. The key phrase is “In the moment”, as that is what we are improving. If this affects you, please take a few minutes to watch this video about GRANNY CARDS and see how easy it is to greatly improve your communication with someone who has MEMORY LOSS. GRANNY CARDS can be purchased on my website below by going to/clicking on the PRODUCTS TAB. Thank you for caring about this unique population, Nina Angela Downie, MPT
