SUMMARY: As part of the Security Compliance team within ADP's Global Money Movement and Compliance (GMM&C) organization, the Security Compliance Analyst is responsible for the administration, supervision and implementation of Global Sanctions (including OFAC - Office of Foreign Asset Controls) and Know Your Customer (KYC) Compliance programs. As a member of the operational team, the incumbent will serve as subject matter expert (SME) on Global Sanctions and Know Your Customer (KYC); this includes, but is not limited to, compliance with the OFAC and the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) requirements and other compliance requirements, as defined. The incumbent will have responsibility for the successful completion of Sanctions and KYC operational tasks, analytics and metrics. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Complete daily compliance-related operational tasks, which will include data entry, sanctions screening, case adjudication, and responding to inquiries as needed. * Manage and track regular escalations from internal ADP partners (Legal, HR, Procurement, Sales...) regarding Sanctions verifications of ADP employees, clients and vendors and ensure completion of cases and analyses within given SLA's. * Complete written analysis/investigative enhanced due diligence (EDD) and summary reports. Compile documentation and evidence, maintain accurate investigative notes, and prepare regular metrics and case management reports for ADP Management (Legal / GSO Fraud, Sales) per Security Compliance policy, process and SLA's. * Respond to internal partners and provide guidance on KYC and Sanctions requirements, processes and procedures. * Quarterly/Semi-Annually prepares and gathers selected data requested by external and internal auditors. Work with auditors demonstrating set controls are in place, ensuring ADP remains in compliance with Security Policies. Prepare written responses and reports to audit inquiries. * Effectively interpret data and clearly communicate findings. * Recommend improvements or enhancements to Security Compliance processes and best practices, tools, standards, guidelines and curriculum. * Lead and/or assist with projects, as assigned. * Participate in security compliance related training and communication programs, as needed. * Perform other related duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: * Previous experience and knowledge of operational processing of KYC / Sanctions an advantage. This includes, but is not limited to, BSA, AML, OFAC, and FinCEN. * Experience working in an international environment an advantage. * Experience in banking or card association compliance is preferred. * Strong data analysis and manipulation skills in standard Microsoft Products, and other statistical software packages. * Experience with compliance related software (NICE Actimize, LexisNexis Risk Score, WW+, SalesForce.com, ADP internal applications-ALINE, AUTOPAY, RUN, TAX). * Employ sound and independent judgment to draw conclusions regarding the status of entities. * Organizational direction, time management, problem-solving, prioritization, goal setting, leadership and motivation, negotiation, interpersonal relations and verbal/written communications. * Exercise a great amount of independent decision making and maintain high level of confidentiality.
