We have completed our inaugural year!..and looking forward to another exciting
set of bi-monthly meet ups :-)

Our new chapter president Mrs. Vicki Hook is preparing to lead us into 2011 with
new sponsorships and kicking off our December social.

Vicki is bringing a professional photographer to our December 14th meeting
offering COMPLEMENTARY HEAD SHOTS to Dallas NAPW members. We will reserve a
spot for the first 30 members to arrive. After that, the spots open up to
guest.

Yes Ladies! We all need nice professional pics to accompany our bios and
LinkedIn pages. Wear something nice, accessorize, get your hair and make-up
right.

And speaking of LinkedIn, if you don't already know, it is one of the mostly
used web portals for professionals finding professionals. Our February chapter
meeting will offer a workshop on setting up your pages and maximizing them to
your professional benefit.

In December, we will also do a little chapter business to include electing a new
vice president and chapter recorder. Board positions will be discussed at our
next board meeting in January that will be open to all chapter members.

And then finally, our social time...Dirty Santa is Back! For all who want to
participate, please bring a $15 to $20 dollar gift to play.

We will also continue the tradition of addressing, noting, and sending Christmas
cards as a group to elderly and nursing home ladies. Vicki and Deadra will
provide the cards, but we need members to donated five first class stamps each.
