ladies, I propose we have a 2012 resolution if you will. I have been thinking and one thing that popped into my mind is this -- what is the purpose of having a networking group if we don't grow and branch out to reach others in which to network with? As much as I like you all, I (for one) have plenty of me to go around and wouldn't mind if our group grew to 200 members this year.  That would require us to expend a little bit of elbow grease to reach out to friends and co-workers, inviting them to join our networking group. What do you think about a "growth goal" resolution for 2012?
