NAPW Local chapter, Westlake Village
We will meet on the second Friday of each month, 6 pm to 8 pm. Our speaker will be selected from those who have participated in the prior meeting, by drawing her business card out of our participants.
We are looking for these volunteer positions:
- Vice president of Westlake Village Chapter,
- An assistant to cover her when she is not available.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Creating flyer for our meeting
- Writing press release and sending it to all the media in the area, and posting it on their event calendar page.
- Sending the invitation to other NAPW members in Woodland Hills, Thousand Oaks and nearby.
- Participate in a planning our future meeting once a month.
- A Secretary of Westlake Village Chapter,
4. An assistant to cover her when she is not available
Your responsibilities will be:
- Take minutes & pictures of our meeting, type it and post it on NAPW site.
- Assist in finding locations for our meeting.
- Put together a bio for our speakers, and introduce them at our meeting.
- Act as a treasurer of our chapter, and keep track of our expenses.
- Participate in a planning meeting once a month.
