Overview of my career with CVS Caremark -
1990 - 1997: Account Management - Account Manager - successfully managed TPA/Healthplan book of business. Range of responsibilites included everythign from implementations to face-to-face meeting wiht clients delivering quarterly reports and discussing program/product enhancements to help with drug spend.
1997 - 1998: Information Systems - Associate Programmer Analyst - wrote code for custom eligibility mappings and worked specific large client IT eligibility issues.
1998-1999: Intormation Systems - Programmer Analyst - worked on the reporting tool development team enhancing the product as the business grew.
1999-2001: Product Development/Marketing - Product Manager - responsilbe for 3 client facing reporting tools on the business side. Trained both internal and external users onthe tools, conducted demos and participated in many finalist meetings.
2001-2003: Employer Sales - Strategic Account Executive - dedicated to large employer client with on-site support. Worked with the client on overall program/product strategies to reduce drug spend while increasing value and adding to Caremark's bottom line.
2003 - Current: Sales & Marketing - Advisor - worked on custom reporting for clients/consultants and internal partners for 9.5 years. Transistioned reporting back to users based on our self service model after I was asked to work on two company projects, which have really allowed me to use my experience, knowledge and skills to help make the projects a success.
