My name is Caroline Conley LCSW, LICSW. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who provides psychotherapy to individuals (children, adolescents and adults), couples, and families. My experience ranges from working within a dual diagnosis clinic treating patients with co-occurring mental health issues and substance abuse to working in hospital settings with adults, adolescents and children, and also providing family therapy.
While I draw from Family Systems Theory and a Psychodynamic framework, I tailor my approach to the individual needs of my clients. I believe that we all identify ourselves within the context of our relationships: those with other people and the relationship one has with oneself. I help individuals repair their relationships with others and work to help people figure out how to improve their lives to become happier. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. I work to understand, empathize, and to help the client hold emotional insight into their personal issues; I work with the client to get them to a goal which brings on satisfaction and fulfillment.
