My professional title is Consultant, Trainer, Clinical Counselor & Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist in my private practice, which specializes in consulting, training, counseling and hypnotherapy. I am bilingual in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

I received my Masters Degree in Clinical Counseling from California State University, East Bay. I am currently involved with the American Council of Hypnotherapist Examiners.
My hobbies and interests include: Yoga, Hiking, Travelling, Museums, Sailing, Snorkelling, Tea Making, Dogs and Nature.

I am drawn to charitable organizations, such as San Mateo County Behavioral Health Recovery Services' Chinese Health Initiative to improve access and mental health services for Chinese population. I also offer free phone consultation to clients in need if they cannot afford private pay services.
