My hobbies and interests include reading, writing and spending time with family and friends. I am specialized in residential construction management for its custom home model plan and community land development and housing markets’ analysis and building code control and construction budget cost estimate and contract buyout in budget control and project profits’ analysis for the investors. As for commercial construction management I am specialized by increasing its land development values’ and business investment markets’ analysis and bringing in Franchise for commercial land development and profits’ analysis for the business investors. In addition, I also specialized in Federal or state government contracting for its requirement and procedures and its marketing development and cost estimate and profits’ analysis. My work related to get Federal certifications or qualification for our clients included 8 (a) BD certification, HUB, SDVOSB, VOSB, and WOSB and GSA schedules. Furthermore, I also assist our clients to teaming with RFP and award contracts.

Over fourteen years I have been working related to Federal marketing contracting business along side with my business partners and some of them are retired contracting officers. I have learned a lot from them with their wisdom. I provide services to assist our clients to explore their opportunity within Federal marketing and some of them are also a woman owner like me. They all are surprised there are so many business developments that they can expand from government sector. Some of our clients included top ENR 100 engineering firms and 4th generation Roofing woman contractor. Our business grow over years not only our professional knowledge and experiences with Federal marketing but also it brings me great appreciation when I can introduce a woman owner to be successful in government marketing.
