As a Shareholder in the Miami office of Kelley Kronenberg, I also serve as a member of the firm’s Management Committee. Since joining the firm in 1987, I have focused my practice on the defense of employers, carriers and self-insureds in the field of Workers' Compensation. Additionally, I am well versed in the area of subrogation recovery in Workers' Compensation claims. My clients range from retailers to public school systems.
Along with my extensive case load, I am a member of the Workers' Compensation Section of the Florida Bar, and have served as a faculty member for the Bar’s Workers’ Compensation Trial Advocacy workshop on numerous occasions.
I frequently lecture on a wide variety of topics in the Workers’ Compensation area and also served on the Bar's Workers' Compensation Rules Committee from 1989-2000 and maintain professional membership in both the Florida and National Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS).
After graduating cum laude from the University of Miami in 1983, I later received a law degree cum laude from the University of Miami in 1986, and was admitted to the Bar that same year. I also hold the prestigious AV-rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
