I am the Administrator/Owner of TLC Montessori. I have over 20+years of experience in the educational field, in particular with curriculum and Instruction, administration and special needs. The reason I decided to open my own business in September of 2000 was because I loved what I did and wanted to create an educational environment where children can reach their full potential socially, emotionally and academically. In twelve years I have created an educational facility that educates over 130 students from birth through third grade. I have created an environment that allows each individual child to develop his or her true love of learning.
I earned my BA of Science in Business and Management from University of Phoenix in 1999 and my MAED in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Phoenix in 2004. I am also certified in Montessori Education.
I make time to be involved with community and professional organizations. I am a member of the NAEYC, The American Montessori Society and The National Association of Professional Women. I have volunteered for the Child’s Home of York, Heifer International, and Jacobus/Loganville/Springfield sports organization for children ages 3-12. I live in Jacobus, PA with my husband, my son and my two dogs When I am not working, I like to read, surf the internet, play games, and spend time with my family.
