My name is Judy Lambrecht Dean, R.N. DSc. NCTMB,CHt. . Following a very successful career in Professional Nursing - Clinical, Administrative, Teaching, Consulting and serving in the USAF Nurse Corps as a Captain, I decided to leave the teaching of Nursing and expand and integrate my Nursing knowledge into other health related fields. Thus, I pursued additional education in the fields of Massage Therapy, Hypnosis and Reiki Healing Energy. The Spirit Within Massage and Hypnosis Center was established in 1997 in NW Indiana to offer clients access to those Complementary Medicine apporoaches which could be incorporated into their current plan of Health care offered by their Primary Health Care Practitioners.

Clients receive the best of both worlds of Western Health Care knowledge and the use of Complementary Health methods which support them on their journey to improved health and wellness.

I am a former Chair of the National Cetification Board for Therapeutic Masage and Bodywork and am currently the President of the National Association of Nurse Massage Therapists (NANMT), an organization repesenting the specialty of Nurse Massage Therapists within the national and international Nursing Community.
