My name is Lakita Conley-Ware, Ph.D My skills and areas of expertise include Data and Systems Architect, Cyber security, Social media. I am a Systems/Data Architect at Lockheed Martin. I work as one of their many Systems Engineering contractors supporting customers that have data/systems architecture and knowledge management needs.

I received my PhD in Engineering Management from George Washington University School of Engineering and Applied Sciences/ DC Campus. My doctoral research covered a knowledge methodology to assist in evaluating crime and terrorism acts in cyberspace.

My hobbies and interests include spending time with my daughter, photography, art and working with animals. I am drawn to and passionate about charitable organizations that deal with such as diabetes, child abuse, mental health disorders. I also run a volunteer mentor project for high school girls seeking to get into college and college graduates trying to make the transition from college to the "real" world.
