In 2002, Deanna Alfredo decided after the flip of a coin to go out on her own and start a property preservation and maintenance company servicing foreclosed properties in Michigan – Property Maintenance, Inc. After nearly 10 years of hard work and determination, Property Maintenance, Inc., now covers the entire state of Michigan and maintains an administrative staff of over 35 staff and over 80 subcontractors/specialty contractors working in the field.
In 2004, Deanna became a member of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services and hit the ground running. Deanna has served as the Secretary of the Board of Directors of NAMFS for the years 2005-2009 and Conference Director of NAMFS for the years 2006 -2009. In September of 2009, Deanna was elected to the position of President of NAMFS. NAMFS currently has over 500 members and Deanna is the first female President in 23 years.
Deanna is also an active member in her community. She is a member of the Detroit Athletic Club and has served on its Membership Committee and Co-Chair of the Holiday Ball for the past three years. In addition, Deanna became a member in 2011 of Orchard Lake Country Club and looks forward to participating soon within that group.
