My name is Juliette Zweig ~ My skills and areas of expertise include helping those who are immunosuppressed, make the proper choices for their skin-care products. I also work with healthy skin, acne, and anti-aging. I use product lines that are in compliance with the ’Safer Cosmetics Act’ which desperately needs greater attention and support. Too many personal care and cosmetics contain harmful ingredients which are toxic, carcinogenic, and hormone disrupting. The standards in European Countries with regard to toxic chemicals are staggering. There are more than 1500 chemicals banned in Europe. Here in the USA, the last I heard, only 3 were banned. Seems like quite a discrepancy between the two countries. In fact, Europe refuses most products produced in the USA due to harmful or even questionable ingredients. Yet, we are slathering these products on ourselves, and on our children, everyday. What’s worse is, truck loads of products laden with harmful ingredients are donated to cancer patients to help them look better or feel better. How much sense does it make to hand out personal care products and cosmetics loaded with harmful ingredients to cancer patients? The vast majority of cancer patients are not aware that the products they are receiving have the potential to cause further damage. These practices must stop!

My professional title is Licensed Aesthetician/Certified Oncology Esthetician at Aesthetics by Juliette. We specializes in ‘SAFE’ personal skincare services. I am currently involved with volunteer work at the Cancer Wellness Center in Northbrook Il . My passion and interests include educating people about the harmful effects of many ingredients in personal and skin care products used daily.
