A big believer in educating business owners, Cynthia developed The Creating A Virtuoso Business™ Program to offer these businesses a comprehensive program that helps them become more strategic about their business strategies in the current economy. The program fuses the critical needs of Business Planning, Brand Development, Marketing Strategy Development & Execution and Business Education & Coaching to offer business owners a clear path to profitability. Passionate about helping businesses, the Biz Virtuoso team provides strategies that help educate, stimulate and challenge our customers to become experts in their businesses.

Cynthia Peacock founded Biz Virtuoso after almost 5 years of experience as a successful and competitive Residential and Commercial Real Estate Salesperson for Bond New York Real Estate in Manhattan. During this time, Cynthia found herself utilizing a mix of her formal education and experience as a business owner, to help her customers beyond their expectations. She recognized the changing business climate, a void in the needs of business customers and what truly separated them from success. At that point, she made it a priority to tap into her natural skills as a strategist and develop a support system for these businesses. Cynthia utilized her personal and business contacts to dive into the world of consulting and has not once looked back. Today, Biz Virtuoso supports businesses throughout the northeast metropolitan areas from Boston to Washington DC.

Cynthia currently holds a dual degree in Biology and Business Administration and her MBA in Organizational Behavior from Pace University in New York City. Biz Virtuoso’s customers range from individuals with a product or service or small groups in larger organizations.
