Kristy Trezza Baykowski is a highly motivated and goal oriented professional with just about 10 years in the Pharmaceutical industry. Kristy has spent the last 5 yrs of her career at Strativa Pharmaceuticals, a sub-division of Par Pharmaceuticals, where she was hired as a Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Representative in 2007 and promoted to a Professional Specialty Sales Representative in 2009. It was in this position that she attained the coveted award of Presidents Club 2 years in a row. She also maintained the position of a District Sales Trainer. In January of 2010, Kristy was promoted to Associate Manager, Sales Training and Sales Operations where she held managing responsibilities for both divisions. It was just recently in July 2010, when she was again promoted to Manager of Sales Training.
Among her previous positions, Kristy served as an Area Sales Representative at GlaxoSmithKline where she was awarded Rookie of the Year. Prior to that she held a position for a Medical Education Company where she was responsible for managing on-site programs for various Pharmaceutical clients. These programs included, but were not limited to, the AHA, ACR, and APA. In addition she was responsible for content development and collaboration with National Speakers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Kristy Trezza Baykowski holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Arizona with a Thematic Minor in Psychology & Sociology.
