Traci Lucien began her career with AARP Publications 26 years ago. Currently, as Vice President of Publication Operations, Ms. Lucien provides broad leadership on operational matters across both print and digital channels.

In addition to her responsibilities for the manufacturing and distribution of AARP The Magazine, AARP Bulletin, and AARP Viva, Ms. Lucien directs relationships with external business partners and oversees the Editorial Contract Management and Advertising Resources & Policies Departments.

Ms. Lucien represents AARP on the Board of Directors for the Alliance of Non-Profit Mailers. In 2011 Ms. Lucien co-chaired the Primex Leadership Summit.

At the young age of 50, Ms. Lucien became a mother, adopting Talynn Rose, an 8 year old from Foster Care.
