My name is Raquel Beltra'n and I am the Executive Director for League of Women Voters of Los Angeles. My company's principal products and services include voters and civic education. My expertise is local government administration. I received my Masters degree from California State University and my area of study was business administration. I am currently involved with NALCA. My hobbies and special interests are walking. The charity that I am most passionate and drawn to is Boys and Girls Club.
