I began my professional career in NYC as a children's book editor/writer at Grosset & Dunlap, Macmillan Publishing and Simon & Schuster. After moving to LA, I attended AFI's Screenwriting Program, penned four feature-length award-winning screenplays and six critically acclaimed stage plays, for the West of Broadway Theater Company, which I directed at the Pasadena Playhouse, Edgemar Center for the Arts and Santa Monica Playhouse.

I founded LADY OF THE CANYON (ALL MEDIA) www.ladyofthecanyon.com to develop and produce book, film, television and internet projects. Seven produced films (narrative and documentary), 12 stage productions, and 65 books later, I'm always developing new content. FINDING HOPE, is one of my most recent projects, created for television and theatrical distribution, and which was featured on ABC's "On the Red Carpet" and CNN Local Edition. Other projects in development are MISSING IN ARIZONA, TWO HITMEN (based on my live-action short, TELEMAFIA), the AMAZING PIGEON RACE (based on my award-winning animated short GREAT AMERICAN PIGEON RACE) and KIDS iVIEW, a webisode series.
