Nicole Allen is an attorney at Jenner & Block LLP in Chicago, Illinois. She is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department and represents clients in complex civil and criminal litigation matters, including actions involving securities law violations, breach of contract and fiduciary duty claims, commercial bribery, and high profile white-collar criminal matters. Prior to joining Jenner & Block, Ms. Allen worked in the Union Relations Department at DaimlerChrysler AG, and participated in labor contract negotiations with the UAW.

Ms. Allen devotes a considerable time each year to civil service, particularly in representing clients pro bono in legal matters. She graduated from the University of Michigan Law school cum lade and the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan with honors, and is a member of the University of Michigan Alumni Association. Ms. Allen’s other interests include martial arts, running and cooking. She is married and lives in Chicago with her husband, Andrew.
