Yoana has been a highly successful real estate professional in the Miami-Dade market for over 12 years. Her extensive experience in the legal field, including but not limited to short sales, foreclosures, investments, and proven track record are factors you can count on when working with her.

Yoana worked as a real estate assistant for seven years before she decided her passion was to sell Real Estate. As the office manager for in-house counsel, she was responsible for all closings including title work, closing documents, recording, disbursement, and title insurance for all five bank branches.

She was named Rookie of the Year by Century 21 Ideal Realty the first year as a Real Estate Salesperson with a very promising career ahead. Today, as a Real Estate Broker she continues to flourish with a highly successful referral business. She does not just sell Real Estate; she creates a friendship and clients for life.

Yoana is also a Licensed Community Association Manager. Although she is a full time Real Estate Broker and does not manage any association at the moment, she felt the need to understand the issues arising in today’s real estate market pertaining to buildings in hardship.
