Ann Knowles is the president and founder of TeleSight, a surveying solutions provider specializing in customer satisfaction, process improvement and other customer feedback survey applications. TeleSight’s client list includes 11 of the Fortune 100 companies and others large and small.

Ann spent more than 10 years on the client side of the desk before launching a marketing consulting firm. Prior to launching any project she would ask, "What do your customers think?" And more often than not, clients would respond with blank stares and shoulder shrugs. Believing that question was essential to making good business decisions, Ann created TeleSight and made its mission to get the answers.

Since 1990, Ann has helped organizations establish customer feedback programs that are practical, effective and economical. With more than 20 years serving companies in a broad array of industries, she has experience in all aspects of survey development and implementation. Her client-centered focus extends to helping them put the results of surveys to work — to improve quality, reward performance and reduce costs.
