Yadira Santos, BS, MHA is the Founder and President of Santos Healthcare Consulting, LLC. Her unique perspective of healthcare services is based upon 12 years of experience in healthcare environments such as hospital settings, physician/group practices, managed care organizations and corporate environments. She has worked in a wide range of consultation functions in healthcare, both from a provider and management perspective and brings innovative solutions on complex issues across the regulated spectrum of today’s healthcare environment. Ms. Santos has a strong background and unique understanding of regulatory compliance, revenue cycle management, coding/billing, auditing/monitoring, licensure/accreditation and physician/groups practices management.

Ms. Santos has also proven success in creating and implementing initiatives that focus on improving the quality of healthcare services provided to patients, maximizing revenue, reducing costs and improving operational efficiency. She is skilled working in fast paced environments, leading cross functional teams, process improvement, facilitating change, identifying strategic opportunities and demonstrating results in short time frames.

Ms. Santos special interests and hobbies are the beach, working out, boxing, stand up paddle boarding, running, reading, writing, cooking and entertaining.
