I feel I am blessed because I have a full life with my husband, Joe, 3 great children and a profession that allows me to enjoy it all.

Health and fitness is a strong passion of mine and I get to demonstrate this everyday in my teachings at the local gyms with my pilates, yoga, strength and cardio classes. The personal training is a way to really connect with someone and give them that extra help they need to reach their goals.
