Sharon A. Mayes is the owner of MPRS; Mayes Physician Recruiting & Staffing, a veteran owned, small business focusing on the permanent placement of physicians on a nationwide basis that she formed early in 2011. Sharon brings over 20 years of health care recruiting experience to her business. Through word of mouth, web advertisements, and cultivating healthy relationships MPRS is creating a strong foundation and has a clear direction for achieving its goal of satisfied customers.
Prior to forming MPRS, Sharon worked with Catholic Health in Western New York as a Physician Recruiter. Sharon served 24 years in the United States Air Force, the last ten of those years as a Military Medical Health Services Administrator. Sharon obtained her Bachelor of Science with a major in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and her Master of Arts, with a major in Health Services Management from Webster University while on active duty with the military.
