My name is Maria Tedesco and I am the Group Executive Vice President Director of Business Banking for Citizens Financial Group. My company’s principal products and services include Banking Services. My expertise is Leadership, Mangement and Exceptional Customer Service. I recieved an MBA from Northeastern University, a BS degree from Ithaca College and am a graduate of Radclife Leadership Studies. I have 25 years of experience in the Banking Industry and 17 of those years have been at Citizens Bank. At Citizens, I have had the pleasure of a challenging and exciting career in Retail and Business Banking where I held a variety of roles in Strategy Development, P&L Responsibility and Front-line leadership. As the current Director of Business Banking, I lead a fast growing national division that caters to the small business customer with revenues up to $10MM.
Prior to this posiiton, I managed the National Retail Traditional Branch Network of 1100 branches and $80B in Assets.
I am currently a Board Member for Consumer Banking Association, Small Business Working Group, a member of the Financial Services Round Table, a Board Member of the Citizens Bank Foundation Board and Executive Leadership Panel. In addition, I am the US Lead for Citizens Environmental Working Group.

In October, I will be awarded the Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts 2011 Leading Womens Award.
