Greetings! My name is Captain SJ Brown and I am the Chief of Public Affairs for 934th Airlift Wing-United States Air Force Reserve. My base is Minnesota's only Air Force Reserve unit and hosts more than 5,000 Air Force, Army, Navy, Marines and civilian government employees fulfilling an air transportation mission using eight C-130 Hercules aircraft.

My expertise is community relations, media relations, journalism, marketing, speech coaching/writing, video production, graphic design and public relations. I received my Masters degree from Norwich University-Vermont with an area of study in International Relations (Diplomacy). I am currently involved with Air Force Public Relations Alumni Association, various local chambers of commerce and this organization. My hobbies and special interests are fixing up old houses, writing poetry/novels and traveling abroad.
