Lynn has a proven talent for bringing groups together to accomplish “big things” and partnerships are essential to making that happen.

Lynn has worked in the electric cooperative industry for the past ten years as the Director of Member Relations & Development for the Indiana Statewide Assn. and has spent much of that time contributing to state, regional and national programming.

Her efforts in developing a campaign to educate Hoosiers about the effects of carbon legislation on behalf of the Partnership for Fair & Affordable Energy is as relevant today as it will be in upcoming years.

Lynn also serves as the current Industry Chair for the Indiana Energy Consortium, a partnership between Indiana Energy Utilities and Ivy Tech Community College. Indiana is one of eight states receiving a Gates Foundation grant on behalf of the Center for Energy Workforce to enable continued success in promoting workforce development in the energy industry through the Get Into Energy Career Pathways project.

Nationally, Lynn's partnerships include Touchstone Energy, where she served as a member of the National Cooperative Advisory Council and continues her work with customer serveice and brand education. Lynn also faciliates an annual workshop for the NRECA Youth Leadership Council in partnership with NRECA - the National Rural Electric Cooperative Assn.

Lynn is a Franklin Covey Facilitator, a DDI Master Trainer and DiSC Facilitator, and has achieved her Certified Cooperative Director (CCD) Designation. Lynn has been a featured speaker for numerous organizations and has been recognized as an up-and-coming leader among her peers.
