D'Auteuil has been a painter of art since the age of 6 years and sold her first oil painting that year. D'Auteuil is a Naturalist such as her family in France and Quebec and Montreal. D'Auteuil is the founder of the "Society of New England Artist Assoc" founded in 1994, a charitable trust. D'Auteuil's gallery for the association was in Hudson, NH. Currently D'Auteuil's work is being displayed online at her website; www.artfinearts.com, and also displayed in Portland, ME., at the Mainely Frames & Gallery on Congress St. The online Gallery is the "Original Fine Art Gallery" online. D'Auteuil has submitted work to public televsion for the annual fund raiser and successfully auctioned her work at a substainsial price. D'Auteuil has also been teaching art since 1981 many places through out the US, in her private studio's, YMCA, Nursing Homes, "Whistler's House and Museum", Homeless shelters, and Schools.D 'Auteuil through the "Society of New England Artist, Assoc" has had many art shows, and open house at the Gallery. D'Auteuil has done alot of commission work for Town and Government facilities, such has Town Hall's, City Halls, Court Houses, Libraries, Fire Stations, commissioned clients. D'Auteuil was placed in the the Millenium Edition 2000' of "Who's Who". Presently D'Auteuil is an honary member of "National Women in Arts', in Washington DC., also the "Fine Art Registry", and now the NAPW, "National Association of Proffesional Women". D'Auteuil's children live in Alaska and Maui, which gives her a great opportunity to travel and do her art. D'Auteuil has started writing a book about the "Master's Technique". D'Auteuil spent time in Europe and France and Italy studying the masters in her art. Presently there is a publisher that is interested in the book and it will probably be finished by the end of the year 2011. Presently D'Auteuil works out of her private art studio and places her work, on her website, "The Original Fine Art Gallery", www.artfinearts.com and maintaines her website herself that she wrote.
