Over the past 20 years, my career has taken me around the globe. Through my experiences, I’ve become a passionate advocate for integrating true sustainability across all business practices and marketing efforts, leaving a lasting, positive impact on the people and places we touch. I’ve learned a great deal about the intersection of communities and brands, beginning with my experience working as the first senior media and marketing communications manager for The Coca-Cola Company’s Southern Africa division, where I led multi-brand activations across 10 African countries. More recently, I served as The Coca-Cola Company’s Global Brand Director, where I co-led the development of the company’s first system-wide sustainability marketing platform.
In my current role as co-owner and CMO of experiential marketing agency ignition, inc., I lead our marketing and business development efforts, and oversee ignition’s creative services, cause marketing, and sustainability practices. We’re proud to manage some of the world’s largest and most famous marketing event campaigns including Coca-Cola’s Olympic Torch Relays and FIFA World Cup Trophy Tours, and the United Nations Foundation’s Nothing But Nets and Girl Up! campaigns.
