I have worked in the legal field for 36 years primarily in probate, conservatorships, real estate and title insurance defense. I am now semi-retired and I have started my own general business: Stepping Stone, LLC. I service law firms in locating heirs and devisees in probate cases and act as a court appointed conservator for the elderly who are no longer capable of handing their financial affiars. I also assist in clearing outstanding interest in titles, obtaining IRS Certificates of Discharged regarding tax liens, etc., all in connection with clearing property titles. I am proficient in bookkeeping, accounting and management.
Through my probate work and a general passion for history, I have become a professional genealogist and provide such services to the general public. With 30 years of experience, I track family lineages, which includes, but is not limited to finding biological parents and histories for adoptees looking for their biological and medical lineages. One of my biggest accomplishments in this area was documenting a lineage back to the Norman/Saxon time in England, beginning in 1620 and resulting with a connection to the eight oldest house known in the royal realm as it exists today - the Yarbourghs. I also teach genealogy and have been involved in seminars regarding the same.
