Throughout my career, and as part of my job, I became intimately familiar with the ups and downs, and strengths and weaknesses, of thousands of salons and their staff, and was ultimately able to provide significant amounts of valuable information to help them grow their business into a huge success. I also saw a tremendous need for stylists to learn how to tap into their own creativity and abilities which would allow them to increase their clientele, and then retain them, and I was successful in meeting the needs of those stylists.
