As a guinea pig, I have studied my own progress and then that of my son who overcame hyperactivity and retardation due to this natural lifestyle. And then my daughter improved every year from the symptoms of cerebral palsy to graduating from LaGuardia High School of Music and Art and The Performing Arts with a scholarship in Engineering Physics and a brown belt in karate!
