Part of Union Bank since 1987, Moon has worked in leadership roles for many Institutional Trust & Custody Services initiatives from serving on various committees regarding compliance and technology to marketing and product development. Her broad experience includes custody administration, cash management, mutual funds, and securities settlement in the U.S. and international markets.
Moon’s primary responsibilities include overseeing client service activities for institutional clients, including registered investment advisors, government entities, insurance companies, financial institutions, mutual funds, corporations, non-for-profit organizations, and specialized industries. She currently manages the middle office, administration, and relationship management groups.
Moon is actively involved in both industry specific and professional organizations and is committed to supporting career development and leadership roles for women. She is slated to be Vice Chairman of Union Bank’s 2011 Women's Leadership Group and supports other mentoring organizations such as Women’s Initiative for Self Employment (WISE) and Financial Women’s Association (FWA). Moon spends time volunteering for children's programs and is a member of the Board of Directors for Mission San Jose Little League.
Moon holds a Bachelors of Associates degree in Biochemistry and Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
