My name is Debra P Phelps and I am the President/CEO of Quiet Tip Entertainment Company. Servicing local, national and international clients. Quiet Tip is certified with the National Minority Supplier Development Council and the State of Pennsylvania. Quiet Tip provides, hires out, manages and consults talent such as actors, models, singers, musicians, writers, directors, chefs, dancers, dj’s and various other performing and behind the scenes talented people as well as full catering company. Debra is also a Voting Member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences ("The Grammy’s") and a gossip columnist for a radio station and the internet. Debra also serves as a Judge for the Miss America Pageant System, Miss Universe, Miss Perfect Teen Pageant System and other local, national and international pageants.
