About Rebecca
My name is Rebecca McLean and since 1986 I have been the Owner of Health Action, a holistic health and wellness programming, consulting, and training organization.
In 1990, I created the Circle of Life Holistic Wellness Coaching System. We offer coaching, and trainings on how to use the "coach approach" or how to become a certified coach.
In 2003, I also co-founded The Healer Within Foundation, which empowers under-served populations with education, skills, and self-care that support health and wellness for body, mind, and spirit, for creating healthy families and healthy communities.
