My name is Tracy L Schlotman and I am a Implementation Specialist with WageWorks, the nation’s largest independent provider of consumer-directed spending solutions and services. Our solutions combine technology and service to bring out the best in consumer-directed benefits. We consistently set industry standards for the highest quality service, world class innovation and bottom-line performance.
Our services also include a web based employee benefits administration, which is the area in which I am involved.
I am certified in Flexible Compensation Instruction (CFCI), a designation offered by Employers Council on Flexible Compensation (ECFC).
I have extensive experience in full employee benefits administration, Cafeteria plans, flexible benefits administration such as Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA), consumer driven health care, COBRA administration and employer and employee relations.

Outside of my profession, I am currently involved with animal rights and rescue efforts, the Blue Stars Mothers of America and a recovery fellowship.
My hobbies and interests include spending time with animals, cooking, jigsaw puzzles and striving to continue to grow as a person.
