Optimize your career growth by partnering with a mentor in the industry and job role you are interested in within your current or desired career path. Interact with like-minded women who are more senior in the selected job function and can share relevant knowledge and experiences to foster your own career mobility.
Finding a mentor within NAPW is easy. Simply provide details about the type of mentor you are looking for in the form below and click Search. You can then sort through potential mentors and view additional business or personal information that may help you make your selection. You may then send an invitation to the mentor of your choice by clicking on the Invite button. Once the mentor accepts your invite, you will receive an e-mail notification - then the collaboration and growth process can begin!
Being a mentor is a great way to give back to the community of professional women. Sign up now to become available through our "Find a mentor" feature. When you are selected as a potential mentor, you will receive an e-mail notification with a link to the member's profile that will allow you to accept or decline the invitation to mentor.
The goals of the program are to:
- Share business knowledge and experience to benefit women interested in career mobility within your industry and job role.
- Enable professional women to explore potential new career paths.
- Foster advantageous relationships with like-minded women on a similar career path through collaboration and interaction.
- Enhance networking opportunities between women within and across companies, industries and/or job roles.
- Demonstrate leadership within your industry and job role.
