Tampa Chapter January meeting is 1/13/16 With Dr. linda Inasuktka PhD. It’s the New Year, and we’ve made our resolutions and set goals to accomplish for the year. Have you designed your plan to accomplish them? Are you setting yourself up for success or for failure? Would you know if you were setting yourself up for either one? With any type of goal you are trying to achieve, or change you want to make in your life, there are steps that you need to take to support your endeavor. In this presentation, we’ll go over the 7 Steps to Setting Yourself Up for Success including: • The components of a successful plan of action. • Having the right mindset to achieve your goal(s). • How to set up a “contingency plan.” • The most important step to take in “staying the course” (and this is what most people fail to do). You will even receive the 7 Steps to Setting Yourself Up for Success Checklist that you can use to keep you on track to meet your goals and resolutions!

Put yourself on the top of your priority list this year! Take care of YOU! Something I am working really hard on. I know for most of us we put everyone else first. A great start is Taking care of your skin. just a few minutes of pampering yourself in the morning and evening will make you feel great and your skin look great.

We had a goal of 700 members in the Tampa Chapter and as of 12/31/15 we have 705 members. Great job to all the powerful women of NAPW!!
As we bring 2015 to a close, I am honored to be your NAPW Tampa Chapter President. The benefits of knowing you all and joining all of you on a journey of growth has been tremendous in 2015. Our 2016 goal is to have each monthly meeting attended by 15% of the overall membership..every month. In order to achieve this, we need a larger space to host the meetings. So be on the lookout for a meeting location that is easy for the Tampa Chapter members to get to.
1) What is the best location for your monthly learning events? We currently keep locations to South Tampa, Westhore, or Rocky Point. It seems the easiest for everyone to get to meetings.
2) Are evening meetings still the best? (We start at 5:30 pm, but those just getting off work or getting off work late arrive up to 7 pm, so don't be shy!!)
For those of you who haven't attended meetings yet, we'd love to connect and work with you. Give us some feedback and share your opinion! It's all good. The more we know, the more we grown.
Happy New Year and see you in January!
NAPW Tampa Chapter President
