    Carla Diaz Does the thought of meal prepping make you want to order out? I am currently working on a FREE Facebook meal prep group event called " Put Your Apron On!" that will be launching 8/1/16. It will run for 5 days and will cover tips and tricks on how to successfully meal prep (like a boss!) as well as look at contributing behaviors and preferences when it comes to the joy of eating. If you would learn this non-negotiable skill set to be healthier and lose a few extra pounds, I encourage you to join!
