    Associate Director Site Communications Leader
    The new set up in Novartis Technical Operations (NTO) requires a focus on changes to ways of working and behaviors. Success will depend on our ability to engage, involve and support our people through it. The role holder will be responsible for developing and implementing internal (and external, where applicable) site communications, driving consistency of communication and engagement across the site and alignment across sites in the Technology Platform, involving staff effectively. The role will interface with a wide range of internal stakeholders and teams including the Site Leadership Team, the Head of Site and Technology Platform Communications, the Global NTO Communications team, as well as the Country divisional Communications teams.The Site Communications Leader is responsible for developing and executing an internal communication strategy and plan that includes site-specific communications needs and global initiatives. External communications activities may also be required and would primarily be focused on community relations in the area where the site is located. A key requirement is alignment with both the Novartis and Sandoz Communications Country Heads. The role holder will represent Communications on the site leadership team Internal Communications Responsibilities: * Develop and lead delivery of a site communications and engagement plan, based on the site strategy. * Develop and implement change management communications at all levels within the site. * Assure integration of global initiatives into site communications plan to manage information flow and demonstrate alignment, providing feedback if tailoring or translations are needed. * Work with Site Head and Leadership Team - as well as Country and Global Communications - to anticipate and identify internal communication opportunities and issues. * In partnership with human resources, develop strategies and processes to ensure that internal communications are aligned with the company's business objectives and with HR strategic priorities * Coach, support and provide ongoing communications counsel to Fougera Site Leader-ship. * Provide opportunities and support channels that encourage senior management to communicate with internal audiences. * Manage and target key internal communications channels at site level to varied audiences (e.g.: town hall meetings and other events, site newsletter and bulletin boards etc.) to ensure messages are clear, concise and readily accessible.
