Natalie Fikes Sexual Assault can be verbal, visual, or anything that forces a person to join in unwanted exual contact or attention. Examples of this are voyeurism (when someone watches private sexual acts), exhibitionism (when someone exposes him/herself in public), incest (sexual contact between family members), and sexual harrassment. It can happen in different situations; in the home by someone you know, on a date, or by a stranger in an isolated place. #sexualassualtawareness

Natalie Fikes APRIL Sexual Assault Awareness Speak out; do not remain silent. We must address sexual assault by bringing attention to this important issue. We must inform those unaware. We must understand that we have the power to bring awareness, which in turn, brings change to college campuses and in local governments as they take the necessary steps to put an end to sexual assault.

Natalie Fikes Happy International Women's Day! Throughout history, women have made powerful leaps defending our country, fighting for equal rights and demonstrating our gender is an asset to the world. It took nearly 150 years after the signing of the Declaration of Independence for American women to have the right to vote. We've come a long way; and today, we are stronger than ever before… but there’s still work to do. Together, we’ll make it happen!
